"Friendly, personable and quick service! I really appreciated that Dr. Macias took time to listen to my concerns, I didnโt feel rushed, and overall felt very well take care of."
"The nearly 1 hour 15 minutes wait for a confirmed appointment would probably have been longer if I hadn't walked up to a stone-faced unsympathetic desk clerk who called it a "small" delay. After I told her i might just leave, Then she turned to her colleague and clearly said "make sure you bill this insurance" Then they put me in a room so they could milk the insurance even if I left and another African-American nurse walking by said "this Osama's a stupid guy" (it was 9/11/23 and I am an Asian Indian Lol!) Since I lost some loved ones on 9/11 myself, that was the most ignorant abuse from a medical professional I got that day. Well Dr Kittredge flew in and injected me in 30 seconds and was gone after making me wait of nearly 2 hours!!"
"Dr. Tiffany Pan was very personable, I liked the way she listened well and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Oftentimes physicians rush through from one patient to the next barely taking time to listen to each patient as an individual and hear what they have to say โ this is one of those few doctors that did. She was also open, easy to talk to and nice besides demonstrating how knowledgeable she was. I would recommend her for sure!"
"First rate facilities and top notch staff. They get you in/out in a jiffy. Went to see Dr. Ben Kittredge is awesome! Got me diagnosed and back on the road to recovery. The entire staff is great, and willing to go above and beyond for a patient."
"i wish that somehow the star system didn't have to be so flat and general; that there could be a list of things about your visit that you could choose from and rate independently. in no way whatsoever does the front of the house team (receptionists, etc.) deserve such a low rating. my experience from the start of the appointment was awesome! the front desk workers really made me feel like they cared about how i was doing and what my experience should be. i had no doubt that the presence that was mirrored to me from them - listening, caring, smiling, laughter, joy, humor - would continue on to the doctor. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. all the smiles, caring, and listening attitudes would not follow me. it was when the doctor finally made his appearance did i understand why. he basically made me feel like i was not there at all; i could have been a dummy patient that was being practiced on. he did his tests, blurted out the results in some "doctor-ese" that i only subtly understood, to some guy who was wheeling some equipment around which he then inputted the doctor's findings. it was quite the show and made me feel very alienated from what was me stepping out of my shell to go get help. add to the experience that he rattled off information, left the room with me thinking he was coming right back, NEVER asked me if i had any questions, and eventually NEVER came back at all. it was awfully confusing. quite frankly he presented himself as completely WITHOUT empathy and warmth and i would NEVER want to see him again, nor do i truly trust his diagnosis to follow through with his recommendations. please let Dr. Peter Thomas know that its just not enough to be "knowledgeable" and that it means so much more to the patient for him to be empathetic, caring, and inquisitive. i can only believe that it would put not only smiles on his patients but possibly a smile on HIM and the staff that assisted him, as well. even better, perhaps he should contemplate the words on the poster that sits next to the elevator that he may use daily. the writing emphasizes a client-centered NOT knowledge-focused approach to healthcare. i truly take to heart the Vision, Mission, and Values statements that are presented there. he should too!"
