"I have mixed feelings about their pre course. This course is not designed for teaching newbies. The only people who pass Daves class are people doing further education. Most people dropped out of his course because of his teaching method. Daves a nice person, but he is not a good teacher for new comers trying to learn about the industry. He spends most of the class just reading a book and printing out stacks of homework. Ive learn most of the definitions, however the info we learn in-class and through homework isnt on the exams or going to be on the state exam. I honestly feel like this brokerage only does these courses to gate keep newbies and scout for pre-experienced people. My advice is that if your new to learning about real estate find a course that is designed to actually help you pass the state exam."
