"Poor management. The manager is awful to parents and employees. I pulled my kids because they were in the water with no supervision. The teachers they have working there are untrained and don’t look like they actually want to be there. They have your child repeat the same level 3-4 times at $140 per session it shouldn’t take 3 sessions for your child to learn to float but they are never with the same instructor and the instructors grade based off how they feel about your child and the manager allows them. The manager is never there where you need them the front desk is always leaving a message for her to return your call and when she does she is condescending and rude. If you have kids there I suggest you pull them before it’s too late. This location is a joke it needs new management and teachers who are actually experienced in swimming. Instead of having teenagers teach our kids."
"My 3 y.o. daughter is taking the first level lessons and loves going there each time. My daughter is a pandemic-time baby, so she really has a hard time being away from me, but she always looks forward to swimming school. The instructors are so nice and gentle with the kids at all times."
"2023 Update........Tonight my second daughter had her first swim class. It was amazing, just as i remembered. The teacher was warm and comforting to the children. She took the time to visit with and get to know each family and baby. We can not wait for our next clasd. One of the best places for families and friends to get a safe education on swim and water safety as well as fitness and physical rehabilitation. Parents can take their young ones to learn how to swim and navigate the waters. Adults can also attend group swim education and aquatic fitness classes like Zumba and aerobics. The locker rooms and showers are clean and well lit. The facility is very well taken care of and has a friendly professional staff."
"Stay away This location is a money grab. If you pay for each lesson separately rather then pay for the one on one lessons this school will try to milk for everything you got. They will state that your kid is not progressing when in reality they have people who never worked with your child grading them. A majority of the time the instructors are spending 20 minutes trying to get the rowdy kids together to pay attention for the 30 minute class. Several parents I have spoke too have said they are pulling their kids from this school as they feel like they are being robbed. If you want your child to learn how to swim I suggest you look elsewhere. As stated in another review the manager should not managing this location as she's incharge of teenage instructors that have no control in helping thier students. The manager will tell you that your kid will need to take one session 3-4 times @$150 a session which is ridiculous as there 8 sessions. The last session is the instructor teaching your child how to use their arms. Now if it takes a kid 3 sessions to learn how to to float which is 18 classes, is it the revolving door of instructors, or the manager that needs to be removed from this establishment. For what I've seen and from many other parents it's not the kids coming to learn but management is horrible!"
"This was my first time here. My great neice celebrated her birthday here. They were short staffed. The young man was responsible for working the party, being a life guard and running the shift. That was too much. He tried to be a little helpful but that was way to much work for him. There should be at least two people working especially when it's a pool party. Its unsafe honestly to work short staff anywhere but definitely at a pool. Im pretty sure its expensive to rent this place out for a few hours. So, give your patronage the proper staffing. It's a good place for a kids swim party over all."
