"My children took their lessons at Let's Drive Driving School and they had a great experience. The instructors are friendly and very professional and so are all the other staff members."
"I love the driving instructor mr Fred very professional an helpful but the secretary is very rude an unprofessional. It’s like talking to someone with no ears an they just want to get their point of across. I could barley get a word out. Felt like I was talking to a Supreme Court judge an I was found guilty of a crime. Not only that but fails to send out the proper information to the right ppl about their classes."
"Lets Drive is the Walmart of driving schools. I dont even know where to begin, from the day I step into this establishment everyone there seemed so miserable, like they did not want to be there at all. But the thing that really jumped out at me was during the drive times. That was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. My first drive time was with Ms. Ana. Oh. My. Gosh. A little background it’s a total monsoon outside pouring, and she’s on her phone! I kid you not, she is looking down at her phone, AND THEN, she start’s playint some video on her phone, and it just overall shows how rude she is, even just in general if you make one tiny mistake she freaks out like she expects her students to be formula 1 drivers. Then my second time I dont remember who I was with, but the WHOLE RIDE, he just ket shaking his head and like sighing sounding all disgruntled, just another example of how unprofessional and rude this staff is, he also REACHED OVER and turned my windshield wipers on. IT WASN’T EVEN RAINING. Aren’t they driving instructors? Shouldn’t they know not to distract the driver? Then the last drive, the Ms. Ana sequel was horrible. She’d tell me one thing and I’d do it and she’d get mad, if I made one tiny mistake she’d get so irritated, but it’s fine if she goes on her phone while mid drive, and back to the topic of distractions, she kept HUMMING. I’m not even trying to sound like a complainer, but as a student, my experience was horrible. Don’t spend your money on this awful driving school. The true definition of a scam."
"I had a pretty awesome experience here. Learning to drive with Mr.Fred the driving instructor was fun and not terrifying, he is good at easing any anxiety a new driver may have when it comes to driving. The secretary Alma was amazing at scheduling drive times that were reasonable around my tight schedule & Mrs. Ana the owner took time out of her day to make sure everything was right for my driving test and it was nice to know the face of the owner when typically most owners don’t take the time to be personable with their clients. Over all a 10/10 experience."
