"Made a appointment on fast fingerprint website for 10am. Showed up 15 mins early. Called several times no answer. Finally when i get someone on the phone they tell me they running behind and will be here in 30 mins after being 15 mins late already. I have now rescheduled all my appts and cancelled 2 because of this. No call or apologies. I would be very cautious of using this facility. Update... The response this owner gives to the reviews is horrible. If you think providing the service i paid for late is professional. Then you clearly need to not make appointments at all. The best would be to apologize. But i guess in reading your response to others that is not going to happen. Then when they get a bad review they will choose to violate HIPPA and say what you come in for. They need to be shut down."

"Wish I would've read the reviews earlier. I paid $20 online for a service at 12pm today amd the office isn't even open. Two people came for appointments and the had to leave because they were sitting out from waiting for one of them to answer. Update: Oh, not to add the owner sending me a message via Facebook pretty much attempting to devalue my issue for her unprofessionalism. And then again, she has the pure audacity to come.on Google reviews to try to save face. And all of that after asking me to delete my comments.....hell no. Clearly this is an issue because I called the property manager and he told me that he has received calls about you before so this isn't the first time. Tread lightly, take the constructive feedback that I've given you, apply it, and go and be successful instead of trying to belittle people when you dropped the ball with communication. Please don't continue with me, this will not end well. Wait.....isn't that a HIPAA violation. Yep......lawsuit!!!!"

"Please do not go here! My daughter literally had to call the police to try and get her government-issued ID returned to her. The lady felt a need to teach her a lesson by withholding her passport card. This is highly illegal. More importantly, goes against the principles and services the company supposedly provides."
