The technicians Lauren and Claire are so kind and personable. This place is getting extremely busy for our community but worth waiting for great imaging!!! I would highly recommend this place!"

"I went here for a CT with contrast. The lady performing the scan, pricked me two different times to inject the contrast. The first time she pricked me and inserted the catheter, it started bleeding, so she tried to flush out the line. Then realize that would not be a good vein. So she pricked me again got another catheter in flush it out with saline 3 times. The first time I told her it stung a little, the second time I told her I could feel it in my hand , the third time she thought it was fine to then proceed with the contrast. Apparently it wasn’t since she injected it into my soft tissue creating excruciating pain. Then she had to call a doctor in to evaluate. Then she asked if I would like to try it again in the other arm. I told her no. So I left there in pain and the test I needed to have done was not performed."

"Unbelievable. SO dysfunctional and a complete waste of 3 afternoons for one stupid appointment. My doctor’s office sent my script over 3 TIMES but I had to cancel multiple appointments because the fax machines at Kent Island Imaging were broken. again. They are broken most of the time, by the way. I asked if I could email the script and they said no- they “don’t do email.” I showed her the script on my phone to the office manager and she said “no, you have to fax it.” She told me to call my doctor’s office and ask them to fax the script a 4th time!!! The lady behind me had already canceled multiple appointments for the same reason - being forced to send scripts via fax to broken down fax machines. It took her 2 days of trying to get through by phone before she finally gave up and drove to the office. The phones are also dysfunctional. They don’t apologize for their dysfunction. By the way, you can’t use your cell phone to make phone calls at this place. You have to walk outside the building to the parking lot to beg your doctor to try faxing their broken machines. The Wi-Fi public access also doesn’t work and there is no cellular data availability here. The office staff are as dysfunctional as their broken down fax machines. If you want to waste days of your time off of work and beat your head against the wall, try this place out. Although the imaging technician and procedure were fine, I will NEVER come back. I’d rather drive an hour and get stuck in traffic than deal with this level of unapologetic incompetence."
