"I would recommend the clinic to others. The staff is very professional and helpful. One of the providers became acutely ill and had to cancel. Instead of rescheduling PMHNP- Yenchi offered to squeeze me into his schedule. He was very apologetic and was able to provide all of my needs. Excellent and professional care!!!"

"Honestly really upset about my experience here. While the therapists are all great, there are huge issues with their management systems including reminders (I was never entered correctly in the system to receive text reminders so I was being called at work every Monday to confirm my appointment, which was very stressful). There was also some miscommunication after my original intake where I was told I'd be paired with a counselor and contacted, which never happened until I followed up after a week of silence. My worst experience has been billing. When I first started going to appointments and asked about copay after my first and second visits, I was told that "it seemed like my insurance was covering the entire appointment." Knowing this, I happily scheduled more appointments as I was under the impression they were completely covered. Weeks later, I was suddenly being notified that I had an overdue bill. Turns out I had a $25 copay per appointment, and I suddenly owed $100. This is a lot of money for someone to have to come up with suddenly, especially when I would not have scheduled frequent appointments if I had known how much I'd need to pay. I paid my $100 overdue balance and found a new therapist that was closer and more convenient for me. Then months later, today, I am suddenly receiving a reminder about a remaining $25 charge for my last appointment that must not have been processed when I paid my overdue bill. Once again I do not understand how this happens and I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth. Any other practice I've ever been to has known based on my insurance how much I may need to pay and I've been charged a starting copay up front. Being notified that I owe hundreds months after I've started just feels very sloppy and disorganized. Again, therapists here are wonderful but there are major issues with communication and billing. Wish I could have continued coming here and I do recommend these amazing folks, just know that you may have to stay more on top of things financially and reminder was as they don't seem as equipped in those areas."

They take time to listen to my problems and tailor treatment to my needs. My prescriptions are always done on time. They also provide me with discount information to help with my medication refills.
