"Everyone are very respectful and friendly. I rarely am there over an hour. Rooms are always clean. The Glen Burnie is closed down, so I have to go to the Elkridge office, but it's really not a problem."

"The providers have been good to work with but the front office staff and practice manager make this place impossible to deal with. No one answers the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. The practice manager is TERRIBLE, lazy and uncompassionate. They will give you the runaround when trying to schedule procedures while not completing their submissions on time and then blaming insurance delays. The mandatory questionnaire they make you complete before every visit is absolutely ridiculous as if your entire medical history changes from month to month and it takes 20 minutes every time or they refuse to see you. If you have options, find somewhere that management puts their patients first."

Everyone there is very kind and courteous, they’re always helpful and informative and help make my appointments super quick and easy. The office itself is also very aesthetically pleasing, I love how the exam rooms are named."

"I was informed today that I am no longer a patient because I broke the contract regarding the use of drugs. These were drugs they issued. I find this very coincidental since last week I ask for the email of the President because I had several issues with the front office. The PA suggested I send the email. So I guess if you like the doctor don't try to complain about the front office."
