"We saw Dr. Morog for care of our newborn a few years back. He wrote in the formal medical records that I arrived on time "despite having been told to be 15 minutes early" with my newborn. To be clear, I had never been given this instruction, and I did in fact arrive, sleep-deprived, with my newborn ahead of my appointment time. I filed a complaint and he said that he changed the unprofessional comment, but when I recently ordered a copy of my daughter's medical records, the comment had again been put in, making it appear that I was an irresponsible mother for showing up early but not early enough with my newborn. Of course, I always had to wait for Dr. Morog when he was running late, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This type of dishonest comment has no business in a medical record. I'm glad we are no longer patients here."

"I enjoy being seen by Dr. Rifino. I haven't had any problems getting in or waiting. My chart is always updated quickly with any results and so far everything has been good."

"I advise avoiding Ascension Saint Agnes (Seton Medical Group). I went in for a routine checkup. They had multiple issues with my lab work requests, and took about month to deliver basic bloodwork results. They also made multiple mistakes on my bill and made it just about impossible to resolve them (good luck actually getting a hold of someone in their billing department). This is a poorly managed, and highly disorganized practice."

"Not sure why there is so many negative reviews. My first visit as a new patient was very pleasant, front staff was very accommodating. Nurses were helpful and very accommodating. Dr. Morog is great, he's very energetic and happy to answer any questions and help in any way. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good doctor and a pleasant and quick experience."

"Love my doctor but the staff is awful. Doing their nails and talking amongst themselves takes priority over patient needs. Too busy to take blood pressure that later resulted in hospital stay, but their staff was too busy. Extended wait times on the phone. NO follow up to phone call. My job does not pay me to play on the phone or do my nails. This staff is being paid to play and do their nails. I’ve seen it. In order to get any communication I felt that I had to walk in the office. While I’m talking to the office manager the entire staff shuts down to listen. IF they had done their job this would not be happening."
