First of all they do not respond to any phone calls whatsoever!!!! And when they do after been on hold for 30 minutes. They hanged up!!!! And it's not the first time!!! Unprofessional at all. I guess it's just time to look for another facility."

Last Friday 12.09.2022 i called many times but system said the office is closed that was during the normal business hours. Now it 12.12.2022 it is long 10 times i called but nobody answering the phone i am not sure they have somebody to answer the phone or not."
