"There was a 5-minute wait before I was called back and the doctor was there within 3 minutes in the room. He had the X-ray in there he explained everything to me he was down to earth and very kind. The staff was the same. Everything was clean and cheery. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. I don't trust many physicians but I did Dr Shershon. I am very happy he's going to be doing my surgery. Not only did he explain everything in detail but I received so much information from the office that I am just so pleased"
