"This was the most awkward visit. Aside from what I’m sure most people expect from urgent care (to be rushed), they placed me in the hottest room where I waited for what felt like eternity. When the doctor finally came in her was so soft spoken that I had to ask him to repeat himself often. He was not personable and after listening to my chest he walks over to the computer, confirms my cvs and says okay have a nice day… I literally said “oh so I just leave now?” I will not be returning to this location. Nothing about the experience from check in to exit was friendly or comforting."
