The front desk ladies are very nice and respectful, I have never had a problem in all of my years coming to the practice. On the other hand, there is another PA John Y I wouldn't recommend him he doesn't have the best bedside manner. If you can get an appointment with Mrs. Blume you won't be disappointed."
