"I had a very poor experience at this practice. I moved from out of town to Chestertown and looked to establish this office as my new primary care. Unfortunately, appointments with an actual Doctor were a few months out so I had to make an appointment with a nurse practitioner. In the past I’ve had great experiences being seen by a nurse practitioner and so this was not an issue for me. However, when talking about my medical history and the reason for my initial visit at this new location the nurse who I had my appointment with was dismissive of my symptoms and judgmental to personal decisions I’ve made regarding my health. She asked personal questions that were medically unrelated (specifically about my finances) that made me very uncomfortable. The way she lead the interaction felt like she just wanted to write me a prescription and move on to another patient. I left feeling anxious and quite frankly violated. After submitting tests to LabCorp she said she would call to follow up with me on the results and that another appointment was not necessary. Days and weeks followed after receiving the results and I received no correspondence back from their office. When I reached out and spoke with the front end staff they insisted that I make another appointment even though that was not what the nurse had told me. During my last interaction with the front end staff the woman was unprofessional, lacked empathy and had an attitude about me not wanting to make a new appointment. After the two uncomfortable interactions I experienced I did not want to revisit this practice again and so declined to make a new appointment. I was excited and hopeful that the medical providers serving their community had pride and empathy with their patients, and this was not my experience."

"I used to love this practice. Now, you don't see the Dr's., and there is no way to reach them. I went in today feeling horrible. They swabbed for strep, covid, and flu. None of the above. Basically I haven't been sick long enough to warrant antibiotics. If I'm still sick Friday then call. Until then keep taking over the counter meds. I'm 59, rarely sick or use antibiotics BUT I've lived long enough with sinus problems to know the symptoms I have are not going away soon without antibiotics. Dr. Ferguson is not in nor does he have voice-mail. $30 and my time wasted. Should've just went to your docs in by"

"I switched to this medical group this year after my former doctor left his practice and they have been absolutely wonderful! I've seen Jessica Taylor and Julie Dunlap and have received excellent care from both. Highly recommend!"

"In order to write this I had to give at least one star. If you or a loved one are a medical Cannabis patient do not bother to try this practice. I was denied as new patient due to the fact that I am a legal medical cannabis patient. At 40 yrs old I believe I should not have to hide my use of prescription cannabis. They refused to say why I was denied, which I find wrong as well. I have had 2 cancers and major injuries to both my neck and back (broke). I find this behavior very unprofessional, small minded, and uneducated."
