"What a PLEASANT surprise! I went in expecting a long delay and to have blood drawn from my hand because no one can ever draw from my arm. Tia was able to draw blood from my arm with one stick and it was just a small pinch (unlike what I usually have to go through). She not only is a top notch Phlebotomist, she runs the entire operation including check in and payment. Tia is extremely professional, highly skilled AND she also has people skills! She is an asset to LabCorp and I will definitely come back to this location if needed."
