"On Tuesday, Dec 19th, 2023 I called COIT informing them that water came in through a basement window and our rug was soaked. A crew led by Chris Grater arrived at my house within 2 hours to address the problem. They were quick, professional, and efficient. I have used COIT other times in the past and their service is always excellent. I also found their pricing reasonable. It is and has been a pleasure dealing with Chris, He listens to the customer and knows what needs to be done. He came back 3 days later to check on our carpets. He determined that the fans and dryer should remain over the holiday weekend. Our carpets were installed 6 months ago and they still look new. COIT, Sommerdale, is excellent. I will not use anyone else if I need water restoration again."

"Having been away for an extended period of time and coming home to find my water filtration system flooded my basement causing mold to grow everywhere, I was beside myself. Bill, from the Coit Summerdale office came out to give and estimate. He warned me not to go into the basement without an N95 mask and not to turn the heat on, as it would spread the mold spores. When his guys, Chris, Tom, Steve and Marcus, came to do the mold remediation they were all very professional, courteous and VERY hard working. It took them almost 2 weeks to get to all the nooks and crannies where mold could hide. I am extremely pleased with their service and results."

"The worst!!! Service personnel gave estimate for water clean up of $500. Said I only pay for services rendered. Went outside, made phone call, then came in and said $800 with no reason for increase. The day of the job I only needed service for one room not two. I called to ask for a price adjustment. Woman on phone told me that I was to pay a "flat" rate of $800. I asked to speak owner/supervisor. Owner/Supervisor would not call or speak to me. The only person who called was the original responding service man. While on phone, he kept putting me on hold to answer calls from his boss. Same boss who wouldn't call me. After a lengthy argument he reduced the price. All I wanted was furniture moved and a wet rug removed from the room. They did a horrible job!!! Then the clean up guy asked me to leave a positive Google review. This is as positive I can be about their lousy business!!!"
