"Not bad! This place is actually pretty clean. I can see how it would get disheveled during busy times, though. It has normal wear and tear of any business. Went here with the kiddo today to wash all my bedding, and pillows, since I didn't want to kill my washer. There is no longer a drop off wash/dry service per the sign in the window. Price: Fair. There are cheaper laundromats, but it's not that much more here. I think it's worth the value. I had 8 loads, 6 in the high capacity washers and 2 in the normal. Wash and dry of all of them cost me $100, all said and done. It probably would've been less expensive if I didn't use the high capacity. But, I had an SUV shoved full of laundry, haha! About $6 a normal load, $10 for high capacity with an extra soil cycle and extra rise (which I did). Drying is 45 cents/per 6 minutes on high capacity, 35 cents/per 6 minutes for normal capacity. NOT COIN OP. No coins at all. Everything here uses a card system, including the vending machines. Card initial cost is $1. Bring only cash to load into the card, there are no credit card machines. There is an ATM, $2 service fee. Most people hate the card system, but I personally love it, that's why I came here. Bathrooms are clean. I didn't have any hint of the smelly dryers that other reviewers said, so they must have finally fixed that. Location is good, there are several places to walk to, to grab a bite to eat while you wait. Papa John's, Wawa, a diner across the road. We set a timer on my phone and then got something to eat while the clothes washed. The TVs are nice, and the WiFi password is by the card machine. I only wish the channels weren't stuck on news stations, but I guess that's the least upsetting thing one can play in a public space, lol. Benches to sit, and the equipment here looks to be in good condition, all the way from the machines to the benches to the wheeling baskets. The attendant is around - I didn't see them behind the glass, but they were definetly doing work darting in and out of the back, and picking up trash that was left behind. If they're not there, you can call a number to get help. Friendly enough, but it's really a "do it yourself" place. Pick your cycles before you swipe the card, by the way. Once the card is swiped, the machines start. I only saw two machines that use hot water while I was there - but maybe because I'm not bright enough to figure out how to change it off cold? Otherwise, plan accordingly if you need a hot wash. Makes sense. Hot water is expensive. Its clear that while this might be a side thing for the business owner, or part of a chain, they still care alot about the customer with how they keep the place. And, I like that they reply, usefully and with intention to actually fix things, to these reviews. Yeah, I like this place."
"This particular location is terrible! The washers didn’t ring my clothes so they were dripping wet and I didn’t overload the machine. The dryers are a rip off they don’t get hot enough to dry your clothes. I wasted almost $60 in this place! I am from pa and came here straight from work. I thought it would be easy but it wasn’t and I was unable to finish the rest of my laundry. I had to take it to another laundry mat. I am completely disappointed and will not be returning!!"
"Very large with many washers and dryers of various sizes. An extra large load (9 loads) will cost $7.79 which includes an extra rinse cycle and warm water. Dryers are 8 minutes per card swipe. They do have a laundry drop off. The place gets busy. There isn't even one attendant so the floors get dirty and often the trash is overflowing. The place feels like yucky public transportation after the rush hour crowd. I've noticed some people who don't look like customers but home insecure people who just sit there for hours without washing clothes. If a machine malfunctions and if you call the number you can get a refund. This could be a five star laundromat if only the owners were willing to invest a little money on attendants who could clean the floors and wipe down the machines ESPECIALLY during covid but also just for every day basic hygiene management. The costs of the machines are reasonable but the unsanitary conditions cancels the benefit of using them. The owners need to stop being so irresponsible and cheap take more pride in their business and hire attendants to keep the place clean and orderly. FYI - as of 2022 extra large washers are $9.99 or $11.20 with extra rinse. Smallest washer is $3.25 before extra rinse. No new amenities. Still disorderly and a bit grimy."
"This place is disgusting. It is always dirty! There is never an attendant here to clean up or help with issues with machine. Often there is problems with dryers and there is no one to let know and get money back. Place is a rip off !! I have called the number they say to call and they said the refunded the money but i check balance and card amount is still the same."
"I always do laundry on Sundays and if I come early it's quiet and I can always get washers. Very clean facility, machines work, vending machines for detergent etc. No need for quarters, you get a laundry card that you load with cash which is way more convenient. I hate not having an in home washer and dryer but this place makes doing laundry bearable."
