"Overall experience was not pleasant. I was a walk in and wanted a Gel manicure with fake nails bc my nails are extremely short. I was told no that’s not a thing(I’ve had it done at MULTIPLE salons). I didn’t feel like arguing so I did dip. Asked what shape I wanted and I told her coffin shaped and she never asked how long or if the shape was okay. Which was fine in the long run I’m happy with the shape. What I’m not happy with was the dip itself. It’s terrible. She did the dip and it looks wonderful Until she decided to take the Dremel over top of all of my freshly dipped nails and use two different attachments to sand them. Leaving it looking scratchy and gross. I could tell from the moment I sat down that she was not happy to do my nails what so ever. And never spoke a word to me besides YELLING at me to relax my fingers and ask the shape. Also was yelling at coworker over the pedicure tub liner breaking or something. Worst $40 spent and I won’t go back. Save your time and money. I’ve done dip better on myself than this."
