"I usually have 1 person or 2 that cut my hair. They look at the guide from time before and ask if I want it cut the same and I say yes. Last week I went and neither woman was there so I settled for another. She looked at my guide and still asked if I wanted it cut same. I said yes and explained how they do it and she nds another profession bc my hair is uneven and knocked everywhere. No tip next time for u better yet ill stick to my usual if I have to wait a hr longer"

"I would leave no stars at all if allowed. Tried to use their mediocre useless check in at 5:48pm .... It didn't work. I show up at 6:00pm and two clueless employees are working with only one customer in the waiting area. They were rude and unprofessional. When you are wide open and you turn customers away I guess you don't need the business. You just lost a very loyal customer forever."

"Felicia is always super friendly and willing to listen and guide you through your haircut. She is patient and willing to take the time to basically cut your hair twice just to make sure you get the length and look you are after. I couldn't recommend her enough! Oh and she likes anime!"

"They're always so bubbly and smiling at this location, even with an hour wait for someone that hadn't checked in yet. We always check in prior to arriving and it's a great feature to reduce wait times. Any stylist we've had here has always done a great job so it's hard to just put one name in here, it's a great location"
