"Signed up for lessons. They canceled my first lesson. In the meantime, my job changed and I found out my wife would be having surgery so that gave me no time to practice. I canceled lessons and Rik had no empathy about it whatsoever. He gave me a refund and told me to never come back. Per policy, I cancelled all lessons prior to 24 hours so there was no financial loss. To tell someone they are banned when you were following their policy is not good customer service. Unexpected things happen in life and there was every intention to return for lessons later. This is a very fair review because I followed this policy. I was professional in communication. Yet told I couldn't return?"
