"We had the worse experience today. We tried to order a $3000 door. We had a quote from the other Lowe’s store in Hagerstown. We pressed the button for assistance. Four people came - none of them could help us. They called someone else to assist us. While we were waiting, one of the associates looked up our information in the system. When the other associate showed up, she couldn’t help either. She said they would have to re-enter everything in the system. We said that was fine with us. She literally just stood there and did nothing. It was clear that she wasn’t going to help us so we left. If your store is open, the departments should be staffed with trained individuals. I think we will check with Home Depot - maybe they will want our money."

Customer service without a doubt is always the best anytime I have visited here I have never been a disappointment. Lexie is such a sweetie knowledgeable and friendly.
