"Not a good way to start when looking for a service for your family in a emergency situation. Such an unpleasant experience and I didn't get far in speaking to the therapist at all because I spoke so many different people prior to, they didn't know anything and asking who was I seeing which I didn't know myself because no one told me in the beginning, than I was left on hold for a very long time, someone else picked up and noticed I was left on hold and still didn't know nothing and than I proceeded to move past it to give the benefit of the doubt to turn around to get on the zoom call that stated that the address was invalid. Just wasn't the type of greeting I was looking forward too when I'm trying to get help for my younger son and my family. So not a good look from a service that suppose to help people. So I'll go else where SMH!!! Such a shame. If you're lookin for top tier service and don't get me wrong stuff happen but not to that degree I encountered go somewhere else. I sent all that paper work over for nothing just to get low service value. CHANGE YOUR STAFF!! I did get a called back but I just decline services at that point but thanks for the call back. When looking for a mental services you want to feel right when speaking with the people that are apart of the company and the receptionist this the first impression and that they failed such a bummer than it your own kind African American not all but most. I hope this messages brings awareness to other's to really take your time on finding the right company to you and your family and when you feel a little off or a unpleasant vibe before you even speak to a therapist find somewhere else to go. You want to feel right when looking for these type of services."
