"I don’t know the guys name, let’s just call him “old white guy, wears glasses and has a lazy eye” was so rude to me. I went here looking for a vest/plate carrier for my job and this guy wouldn’t even let me complete my first sentence before having an attitude/cutting me off. Seemed like he hated that I was there trying to spend money. It was a terrible experience, I’ll never go back, I’ll never recommend any of my coworkers to go there. The black guy that was working, he was ok, but I still couldn’t recommend this place unless you wanna be treated like your a criminal"

"This place has severly gone down hill since Hector has had to step away. It's now being run, managed and operated by his son in law. His customer service is terrible and the arrogance/attitude he has, is definitely not one Hector would be proud of. My advice is NOT to buy here, buy online or at one of the other stores in the area that honor their sales agreement. If you HAVE to buy here....... CHECK YOUR RECEIPT & make sure prices are correct."
