UM BWMG - Women's Health at Pasadena

"Nae at the front desk is extremely rude and disregarding I’ve never seen such a bad attitude from an adult. I had an appointment and I was told the wrong location so when I arrived they told me I had 15 minutes to make my appointment at the right location. I made it in time and then they told me the doctor did not want to see me because I needed to reschedule. When I asked why I was told it was because I needed to arrive 15 minutes early. I specifically asked when I made the appointment if I needed to show up 15 minutes early and they said no. So because I was told the wrong information on 2 different accounts , I had to reschedule and I wasn’t able to see a provider. However the other staff were very nice and empathetic of my situation and they were able to find another appointment within the week with Midwife Sarah. Sarah by the way was punctual, kind, supportive and comforting. Caregivers 5/5. Front desk 2/5."

"Very unprofessional staff,i wish i can give them zero star,the navigation took me wrong way after i was literally 2 minutes away from the clinic so i called the office to tell them i will be late but nobody answered the phone so i continued driving and when i arrived they said you have to reschedule because you are late,I said i called to tell you the error i had with the GBS but nobody answered how its my fault.she said we called earlier to ask you if you can come earlier due to cancelation we had but you said No,the receptionist got offended because i didn’t take earlier appointment! I felt mistreated big time ! I will never come or reschedule this appointment at this location ever again."

"I’m disappointed and surprised to see so many negative reviews because this office, as well as the glen Burnie and Hanover offices, are fantastic! I had my first baby in July 2021 and actually switched to bwmc mid pregnancy after an awful experience with harbor hospital and had an amazing experience with dr gayoso and nurse Tina. The midwives here are extremely helpful and don’t mind answering a million questions! I’m having my second baby January 2023 and had no issues getting appointments and seeing the providers i want to see. I’m always seen on time for my appointments and have never been rescheduled. I’m seriously shocked to see any negative reviews for this office!"

"Horribly frustrating experience- they really deserve 0 stars!! After making an appointment back in April, the practice has cancelled on me twice (left me a message days before that the provider was out of the office and I would need to reschedule). I attempted for weeks to reach someone by phone to reschedule, but no one returned calls. Left disappointed message in their portal and someone called me back only to say it would be 3 more months to reschedule, AGAIN! When the practice cancels, they should fit patients in within a few weeks, but both times, it was months to get in. She told me 8:40am in Pasadena office. I entered at 8:43 after difficulty finding the building, waited at least 5 min.while the only office staff answered numerous phone calls. Then I was told to reschedule because she asked provider Sarah Kurtz and she refused to see me then. I will not be going back or attempting to reschedule. There wasn't a single patient waiting to be seen and I sat there for 20 more min. to see for myself if they were busy, but only one patient checked out. This makes me wonder if these providers ever see patients. I have been a very content patient with the Primary Care at UM BWMG, but this Women's Health practice is horrible in every way!"
