"I hate going to the doctor and haven't been in 20 years. Was uncertain about going here but at the end of the day everyone I dealt with was very nice and personable. They were also very efficient and I was in and out in less than an hour which included paperwork, bloodwork, xray and doctor consult. I can see how it gets busy but all in all, I would recommend."

"So with all do respect I understand that things happen but when I’m sitting in a room for an hour and a half and there are literally only 4 patients in the building and not one person came in to say anything to me until I pulled back the curtain. Then the tech finally jumped off her phone and came in to say that she was going to give me a sheet and to strip down (not a gowned a sheet) when asked why I was forgot about she said witnpleasant tone that they were very busy and that there were only 2 providers working as fast as they can. I wasn’t going to argue with her but I knew that non of what she was saying was true because when we checked in I was behind 2 people who ended up leaving while I was being checked in and everyone was just sitting at there desks except for the people in the labs running the tests. I could understand if they were actually busy but when Im greeted with attitude after being clearly forgotten about is a little ridiculous. For what it’s worth the doctor was pretty nice even though she seemed rushed because even though I had been there for 2 hours prior they were now closed. I used to work in the hospital I get that patients can be alot sometimes but the least you could do is check in once and awhile."

"I must have came at the perfect time - only 1 person ahead of me. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They tried to lighten the mood of it being a doctor visit. I always thought Patient First would be a much longer wait without the appointment online feature but turns out they are fast and can actually help you!"

"I absolutely love this Patient First, they respect my Autistic Daughter and do everything to make our experiences better. They help when our regular PCP provider is "too busy" to fit us in (1-3 week waits). They make us feel safe and comfortable, which many providers don't do with Autistic Children. They work hard to communicate with Myself and My Children. They go that little extra mile that makes them amazing."
