"These guys have been great! The bad reviews seem to be nearly all from people who were told they couldn't take on their case, which happens. Or people who never got a call back. Well call again, it's not rocket science. I will admit I had some issues a few months back with them returning my call to schedule an appointment, but they have since gotten more staffing and are really on top of answering the phones and calling patients back. Frankly the 'reviews' from folks who were never patients aren't really reviews at all. Take it from me, if you have a condition that is listed on the websites description, these people can really help you."
"This office rejected me as a new patient because I'm breastfeeding. I was calling for help with PPD and was told to call back when I'd weaned. I was given no additional resources and was told I wasn't informed enough about the risks of taking medications and how they could be passed into my baby. This practice is dangerous to new mothers that are struggling and they inhibit the breastfeeding relationship by encouraging mothers to choose between breastfeeding and getting psychiatric help. Unbelievable."
"I have tried for several weeks to make an appointment to become a new patient. I am unable to get anyone to call me back. I have left several voice mails saying that I have been without response for several days and it makes me nervous to give their practice a chance, and STILL no reply.... what if i was having an emergency no one seems to care about your well being."
"I tried to make this office my regular place for therapy. As most people in therapy or any form of mental help i have a lot on my plate. So when i set up my first appointment i was looking forward to getting help from an area i heard so much about. Unfortunately i had mistaken the day i had my first appointment and there for missed it, i called as soon as i had realized this and spoke to a women who wasn't a doctor, and informed me she was the owner when i asked, yet she refused to give me her name. She informed me that if you miss even one appointment you are terminated as a patient there. I was blown away that for a place that wishes to help people they are so unforgiving. I strongly recommend anyone seeking help go anywhere that is more friendly to people seeking help. Terribly disappointing."
