"This is a great place. I've been taking my dog here for his entire life. The staff is professional and friendly. The doctors know what they are doing. They offer many different types of treatments that are outside of traditional prescriptions and unnecessary surgeries. There are services like K9 acupuncture and a canine chiropractor onsite along with other Eastern types of treatments that are more herbal and organic. The doctors truly treat you like family there. If it wasn't for one of the doctor there are golden retriever would have never gotten his diet figured out. They are willing to go at the right pace to get your dog 100% healthy."

I loved it when he 1st starting going, but the Vet he saw left after a year or 2 and it just hasn't seemed to have the same quality since. This a.m. I called because I have a death in family and have to go out of town and need to get Echo a bordatello shot so I can put him in a kennel. Melissa answered and I explained (in tears). She was very incompassionate. She abruptly said they didn't have time to give him a shot (even for an emergency) that takes less than 5 minutes and they can do from the car. If I can't call them when I need them during an emergency then they don't need my $."
