"Very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness from this group. Called with a serious gyn issue and reached voicemail which assured me of a callback within 24-48 hours. Never got a callback. My issue was so bad I ended up in the ER, saw members of this practice assigned to the ER who said I needed to be seen urgently for followup care. They ASSURED me they would "put my name on the list of people who needed to be seen". (Why is there a need to get such provider validation of your need for medical care anyway?) Called after being discharged, got voicemail again, left another message saying I needed to be seen for ER followup....STILL haven't gotten a callback. At this point, I wouldn't see them for followup if they did call back. How can they be trusted to treat any serious issue with such a lack of responsiveness."

"I am very disappointed in the care I have received at this OB office. This is my second pregnancy with Luminis Health OB-Gyn Belcher 2. With my first pregnancy, I had no complaints, my providers took the time to answer all my questions and my calls were returned when I had a concern. However, this most recent pregnancy I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from the office regarding my concerns outside of my appointments. My first disappointment with this office happened when I had attempted to call regarding a nuchal translucency ultrasound. I called the office for 2 weeks (leaving 6 voicemails and leaving two messages with 2 receptionists). Once I was able to get in touch with someone regarding this scan, I had missed the testing window of testing (10-13 weeks of pregnancy), and therefore no longer qualified. In addition to this, I was recently scheduled for a follow up appointment (which I scheduled 4 weeks ago). On the day of my appointment my provider called in sick and my appointment was canceled (understandable). What is not acceptable, is that the practice could not get me another appointment for 3 more weeks. This will put me around 2 months of not being seen. I am dishearten by the lack of follow up in care and communication. I will unfortunately be changing practices. Do not recommend."

"I came to this practice for a 2nd opinion on a serious health issue that had been plaguing me for approximately 10 mos. Initially I was incredibly impressed by the time, care and compassion that was given to me by Dr. Thomson during my 1st appointment. She listened to me, I did not feel rushed or dismissed, I left there feeling like I had found the perfect dr to finally address my issue and help me on the path to relief. I am so sad to say that I was gravely disappointed. My appointment was 2/8/23 and here it is 3/15/23 and I HAVE YET TO GET ANY FEEDBACK ON MY BLOOD WORK RESULTS AND NEXT STEPS. I have called and called the office so many times, I cannot even count. I have left so many messages, spoken to so many different people within the practice, yet I have never actually spoken with Dr. Thomson or even a nurse to discuss what we can do next to help me. Its been 5 weeks since my appointment. 5 WEEKS!! Do not waste your time going to this practice. They are completely incompetent, they don't have any type of efficient follow up system, you will be left frustrated and angry and no better off then when you started."

"Terrible experience. I am in a High risk pregnancy. Called to complain about a very well Known medical issue i have going on, MA Spoke to me on the phone. Was Extremely rude and said all she could do was sent my provider a message this was on 2/9-2/10 (Very unprofessional, Short patience VERY well Knowing she was dealing with a already stressed pregnant woman) After arguing with me she finally said i could come in for a reading. Nurse/MA Took my numbers and asked to sit in the room that she was going to “See if a provider wanted to see me” I sit there for 40+ mins NO ONE came in. I left and to this day no one has followed up with me."

"This is the most unprofessional disappointing medical office I have ever seen. I have been asking for a practice manager for 4 months and have been told every time they do not have one (there is literally not a single person in charge and no one knows what is going on). They finally got one this week. I was supposed to hear from them at 10am it is now 3:40pm. I called to ask why I haven’t received a call and was told she had a meeting (all day..? Yeah okay). Then I asked for her by name and the question was avoided so upon asking again I was told by”Brittany” the receptionist, that she didn’t know her name (which is a blatant lie) but that she would let her know I called. Every time I call I am on hold for at least a full HOUR. Calling constantly asking why my medications are only being prescribed by residents which the pharmacy will not fill. I am 4 months post partum and have received the worst care and complete disregard from this practice. Please go literally anywhere else."
