I got pulled back exactly at my appointment time and the doctor was nice patient and willing to work with me. I had doctor Watson. Thank you."

"I hate this office. Wouldn’t recommend to come here as your ob for your pregnancy or anything. I had an appointment once at 4:15PM.. i arrived at 3:50 and didn’t get seen until 5:15PM. ( the office already closed at that point) but i arrived today to my appointment late by 18mins and they can’t see me because i was “late” they really all just suck and i hated my own pregnancy experience with them. I dont even look forward to go to my check ups."

"I had my first OBGYN experience here, and I don't look forward to going back. The practice seems to have a great reputation, but I personally did not enjoy my experience. While it may be common knowledge that there will be an additional party in the room for teaching hospitals, I think there should be a courtesy call and reminder before the person walks in, and not while a patient is undressed. Humor can be appreciated, but it doesn't work for everyone, and doctors should be mindful of "spacious" jokes. The doctors and staff should expect a certain level of anxiety, and not consistently make that a point for new patients. One should feel comfortable- mentally and physically in any intimate setting, especially one that's required and beneficial. In addition, please be sure to listen to patients and give them a chance to explain why they refuse medication. Thanks. The provider for this day was Laura Lynch. "I have been going to Signature since 2017 and have always had a positive experience. I just had my first child so I believe I have met the majority of the staff now as well. They don't get much/enough time for appointments, but are always cheerful and attentive, covering anything that needs to be discussed or looked at and answering all questions. I have only waited a long time once that I can remember because my doctor was behind schedule. I have switched insurances and the office assistants have been great with handling it. It can be hard to get though on the phones to schedule sometimes. I would just call back another time because it's not always busy. It is always easiest to schedule in person. I look forward to continuing with them."
