Concentra Urgent Care

"Waste of time. In the future please inform patients that before being seen. Patients must take care of there urgent care visit charge before they can be seen/ I was sent to my car because of cold symptoms to complete paper work and forward my identification and insurance just for someone to call me an hour later to cancel my appointment because I could not make the payment before the visit: my time was wasted and natural resources were wasted. I work in healthcare so I was not offended to sit in my car but everything after that was a waste of time. Cut the time stop wasting paper and tell patients as they walk in. I could have been went somewhere else:"
