"I came a bit early for my appointment, however there are no patients waiting and I’d already checked in. Instead of just taking me so I can go about my day a few faster since the other appointments here seem to be late. She finally came back and had a bit of an attitude. Probably won’t be back unless desperate like I was yesterday."

"I made an appointment for 6:20 after work. Option was promoted and suggested as an affordable option instead of going to my PCP. It my be affordable but convenient it was not. I never received any service at this clinic because after waiting for 2 hours and 30minutes , I still had not been seen. There was another person in the waiting area with me. To make matters worse the person working never acknowledged us, told us she was running behind, apologized for the wait, nothing. Your clinic closes at 7:30, I left at 8:30. This is unacceptable!!!"

"The absolute worst and biggest waste of time when dealing with pediatrics. DO NOT take your children here, get to your pediatricians office instead or somewhere that specializes in pediatrics. African African lady (NP) would not prescribe my child an antibiotic for a confirmed sinus infection, even with all the sign/symptoms of an infection up to and including a fever for the last few days. Went to the pediatricians office the following day and they confirmed not only the diagnoses but also that these minute clinics are very hit or miss and for the most part a waste of time for pediatric illnesses."

"Terrible customer service. After being rescheduled from another Minute Clinic because the Nurse was not certified for the DOT physical I scheduled the previous day, she rescheduled me here. I arrived 8 minutes before my appointment and was told I could not do it today because there was not time to fill out the paperwork. Jennifer is very rude and if she was my employee, I would immediately fire her. Don't waste your time on Minute Clinic or CVS."

"I came in throat discomfort, but not from a cold. The NP tested for strep and quickly dismissed me. My throat, ears, neck and head got much worst. I was at another clinic in 2 days, with 1 look in my ears (which was not done here) they concluded that I had a massive ear infection. The diagnostic work was poor at best. I would rate 0 stars if i could."
