"The De Jesus Paz Family cannot be more thankful for the support provided by the staff at the Pascal Women's Center. Our baby was welcomed on September 1, 2023. The staff was so caring, attentive, professional and we could tell they really loved their job. Additionally, the care during recovery was amazing, specially from Erin the nurse that took care of us most of the time. However, everyone was just great! Thank you so much!"

"*Labor and delivery experience* Gave birth to my first baby on 6/7/2023 Let’s start with the good parts, the labor and delivery part was not too bad, besides the fact that my monitors kept falling off and no one came to fix them, so my contractions were not being watched. I really believe all moms now when they say your whole experience at the hospital depends on your nurses!! The nurse Anna, I will never forget her. She was only with me for a short maybe half hour and she was the best nurse I had. If I had her the whole time this would be a 5 star review. She was very compassionate, she only was with me after my birth and she transported me into postpartum, but everything about her was amazing she was the best. Misaki- Misaki was one of my nurses in postpartum. Everytime I called for her she was there right away. She came in very frequently to check on me and the baby. Now, the negatives. My first nurse in postpartum I can’t remember her name (started with a T) she barley checked on us, never came when I called, and was overall just not very nice. She said she had worked 3 shifts in a row which I understand but she neglected us for basically a whole day. So once we switched over nurses to Misaki it got better. Another thing I didn’t like, they ran out of the monitors for the parents. Atleast my baby had a monitor but I feel like they should not run out of these important things? Another thing they ran out of PADS!!!? How do you run out of pads in postpartum idk! Lastly, our room was never cleaned. Trash was pilled up so much it was falling onto the floor. Overall not a terrible experience it could have been worse but I figured I’d share all my thoughts. Thank you to the nurses that were good to me because I’ll never forget your names!"

"We LOVED our birthing experience at Washington Medical. We are so grateful and speechless regarding the process (read the whole review!) Our doctors (Dr. Emarievbe (delivery) and Dr. Gardener (receiving and triaging) were OUTSTANDING. Knowledgeable, caring, and wonderful bedside manners. They made us feel at ease and we can honestly say this was the BEST hospital experience we have ever had. I can not thank our RNs enough. Especially Kelsey (receiving), Dena (delivery), and Margaret (post delivery care). These ladies deserve medals. Dena in particular cared for my family as if we were her own. She was absolutely incredible and we were so thankful to have her as our delivery RN. In addition, we also spoke to different staff members during our stay. Alexis (RN) helped us with nursing. Pediatricians stopped by just to check up on us, and two amazing staff members did my child’s audio assessment and screening. I wish I took better notes on everyone’s names. Five stars. All the way. If you have the chance of delivery here, I would not think twice. Get to know the staff and let them know they are true heroes. If I forgot anyone, I am so sorry. You all are amazing. "I delivered here two days ago and my experience was amazing. The staff was great and attentive. All the nurses were great but Nurse Lindsey, T’Chelle, Rachel, Pat, Jen, Margrette, and I think her name is Tierra (tall with dreads and glasses) stood out to me so much. The way they went above and beyond for anything I needed and how they handled my baby was exceptional. Everything was communicated to me and they made me feel at ease with my 1st baby. I appreciate the nurses and doctors truly. I am so happy I decided to deliver here."

"I delivered here 2 days ago and the staff was AMAZING. This was my first time having a baby, and the nurse (Ally I believe was her name) was an angel sent from above and helped me through every second of the birthing process. When I was transferred to the post care room, the nurses & staff there were amazing as well. Definitely a beautiful experience and I am so blessed to have been able to have all of the wonderful nurses that I had."
