"This allergy place is one of the least professional places I have ever been to. Every time I have spoken to someone- whether it was on the phone or in person- they were extremely rude. It took them over a month to make my allergy shot serum because my doctor never got the message. This is due to them being extremely disorganized. They never even called me to tell me my shots were ready, and were extremely rude to me when I went in to get them done. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected. If you're not an adult they do not show you the minimal amount of respect. The front desk ladies and the women who do the allergy shots are terrible, rude, condescending people. The only redeeming quality is nurse practitioner Amber. I have gone to this allergist for little over 2 months and I am already switching allergists because of this incompetent, uncaring, rude staff."
