"The staff who answer the phone are awesome. Prescription refill is okay, you can leave a message to have it renewed. I called back another day asking for it sooner and I was able to pick it up at the end of that day. If you are looking for a physician for annual checkups, Karen Plaisir is great."

"I am so incredibly disappointed with this office. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, then still waited over a half hour in the waiting area before being called back. Since I do not have health insurance (and made the office aware of this before my appointment), I paid for my appointment upfront and in full before I saw any health care professional for a routine annual exam ($210). Two weeks later, I received a bill in the mail charging me an additional $397 for a preventative visit as an established patient AND a new patient. Despite several calls to the billing office with empty promises of my call being returned, as well as emailing the billing office, I still have an unresolved balance of $397 on my account. I wish I had never gone here."

"Doctors are great and communicate well with patients. They explain what is going on and why. The doctors are quick and you don't have to wait long. I transferred from upper Chesapeake and was much happier with Women's Care/Franklin Square for prenatal and delivery. Only reason for 4 stars is because it is so hard to get someone when you call. Typically you have to be on hold for several minutes just to talk to someone. Very frustrating."
