Been given the runaround about who I should see or talk to just to get my prescription refilled. Totally unorganized and unprofessional. Will be changing PCP's as soon as my new insurance starts."

"I was a new patient, however I have been taking my son here for 7 years, I have never had an issue and was surprised by the reviews. I came in today my appt was at 1030 I came in at 10 Incase I had any new patient paperwork ,even tho I filled it out all online before, turns out there was nothing more I needed to fill out, I was immediately taken back to an exam room and saw the nurse practitioner within 10 minutes, she had me referred for blood work which again I was immediately helped and I was out in no time, the staff was extremely helpful and caring."

"I had high hopes for Dr. Acevado at my primary care clinic, but unfortunately, my experiences have been far from satisfactory. During my initial visit, I waited for a staggering two hours, and the pattern repeated itself on my follow-up visit, where I waited for another 1.5 hours. Regrettably, these prolonged wait times were not the only issues I encountered. My Medical related concerns were consistently overlooked and left unaddressed. Dr. Acevado appeared to be in a constant rush, juggling multiple patients simultaneously, which prevented them from conducting a thorough evaluation of my health problems. This lack of attention and comprehensive care left me feeling unheard and frustrated. Furthermore, the clinic's telephone system proved to be a significant inconvenience. Whenever I called, I had to endure extensive wait times of 10 to 30 minutes just to reach a representative. Such prolonged waits only added to the frustration and proved to be highly inconvenient. Additionally, scheduling appointments for annual physicals was an arduous task. The waiting period for these appointments stretched beyond a month, and in the unfortunate event of a cancellation, one had to endure another lengthy wait to secure a new appointment. Considering these experiences, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Dr. Acevado and this primary care clinic. The lack of attention, extensive wait times, unaddressed medical issues, and scheduling inconveniences make it difficult to trust in their ability to provide comprehensive and timely healthcare."

"This has been my providers office for years and im always in and out. Inna Tinsley is very good as well as Beverly Tyler with whom my kids see. If you the patient do your part then your doctor can do theirs and it's smooth sailing. No office is perfect but this one is pretty close. Some people just don't take any responsibility for their own care. Doctors can only do so much in the time they have with you. The rest is up to you. Have a wonderful day!"
