"I have been Dr. Bansal's patient for almost 5 years and I couldn't be happier! She's experienced, knowledgeable, personable and unlike previous dermatologist I've seen she doesn't try to upcharge you. She listens to your concerns and offers potential treatment options, doesn't rush you during appointments and gives you her undivided attention. I wish there were 10 stars I could give her! Her office staff is beyond friendly, timely, and helpful. Also, my daughter saw Shea Wesley (Nurse Practitioner) several times and she was intelligent, thorough, and kind. You can tell that this practice is led with integrity and respect from the top down and everyone at Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology is absolutely excellent!!!"

"A year (1/5/23)after visiting this office , I received a bill. They claimed that the insurance I provided was outdated, and according to that old insurance, they informed me of a denial after a year. It's not logically clear why I would receive a denial notice from the Dr's billing office a year later, but at this office l, they insisted that I must pay because I allegedly provided incorrect insurance information. If the office l had informed me of the denial within a few months, they would have advised me to get new insurance, and I wouldn't have needed to pay this amount. Additionally, when I initially received the email, the amount was $200, but after talking to the billing office and checking again a few days later, it had changed to $250. Whatever the reason may be, I have no intention of going back to a office that demands payment a year later, and I do not recommend it."

"My son had a small, benign tumor removed that left him with an enormous scar on his face. The scar is much larger than the tumor was. We were told to not worry, that it would fade in time and it would not be noticeable. Over a year later it has not faded and is very noticeable. Also, during the healing process the stitches were not removed properly. We had to return to the office twice and remove portions at home as they grew out. There is nothing aesthetic about the dermatology practiced here."

"This place is fine, I only had one experience here (regular skin check after being diagnosed with skin cancer 6 months ago) and I will not be back. The NP that saw me was in the room with me for less than 5 minutes, and didn't even inquire/counsel about sunscreen use or skin protective measures. The office itself is clean and fine, but if you are looking for a personal feel, this office isn't it."

"My first visit with Dr Cheryl Bansal was back in 2015 about my skin concerns.Recently i visit her again in 2023 and from first visit to my recent visit its a 8 years gap so i was skeptical that she will remember me? She is by far one of the best dermatologist I have seen in Maryland and She is very knowledgeable and excellent in her craft. She right away diagnosed my problem and answered all my concerns in a very professional manner.She has definitely restored my faith in her skin treatment all over again, and I would give her ten star for her kindness and compassion.
