"Good customer service as far as friendly and convenient goes. Yet nail service on acrylic is a 2 star for sure. Thick. Nail shape a bit off and charged more for a regular length. I've tried a lot of salons in Erie. My impression here is just overpriced for the service provided. Maybe even $5 less would've been a better deal. Lol."

"i gave only one star because they took my mom right away but the rest is horrible. the tech that did my moms nails cut my mom as you can see on the photo. she did a horrible job on applying gel polish. it leaked everywhere and she cured it without cleaning it. I am disappointed in this service and place. on the tip she did not seal my moms nails so you can tell where the color and base coat are separated. just disappointing in this service. i know they don' t give refunds but at least have better service and don't cut people while doing their manicure as asking to sit still while your in pain. my mom had 3 cut fingers. that is a huge in possible spread of infection and contamination with nail supplies . Like i said, i am disappointed and don't recommend this place to anyone."

"Not impressed was my first time getting my nails done so i didnt know a lot of things. The guy had an attitude because of my lack of knowledge on getting nails done. Nails are uneven and rushed acrylic job. Asked for a french tip the nail polished was globbed on, missing nail polish in some places and did not add a top coat. Do not recommend."
