"Best physical therapy I have ever been to. Caitlyn Friday is absolutely FANTASTIC..I cannot say enough good things about her. I’ve seen other physical therapists in the past for my back injury (7 compression fractures in spine) and could not find much relief from the pain, headaches, tightness, etc. She is by far the most skilled person I’ve ever had dry needle my neck and back as well. Caitlyn takes the time to learn about everything going on with you and remains very communicative throughout the process (whereas my previous physical therapist just told me to do exercises and would spend only 5-6min max out of an hour with me hands on and/or one-on-one). Caitlyn is thorough, cares, and doesn’t rush you. I am so incredibly grateful to have found her especially after how severe my most recent injury was.
