"I would give zero stars if I could. The doctors here do not care about their patients. We have had numerous issues they are only worried about cya and not willing to work with their patients. Would not recommend to anyone."

"Was impossible to get an ice pack, the lady next to my room pooped all over her self, no care. The call button didn’t work. Then when you paged then from the TV Remote she would say, “what do you want” and if she couldn’t hear you she just didn’t come. Helpless after a surgery, suffering in pain. This was bad after care for an American hospital I felt like I was in a 3rd world country getting cared for. Was in extreme pain for more then 18 hours that day, but she gave me Tylenol then the lady would disappear for about two hours or more. Wanted to leave them a review on there own review email but that email expired shortly after sent it to me. Nearly ripped all the wires out of my arm and went to the ER it was that bad. Finally after almost 20 hours of pain I fell asleep one hour later I was shook and awake by a Doctor Who wanted bombard me with more questions to why she did not come back to give me any pain medicine, she said, “she forgot and had a emergency on another floor”. Better trained staff for people suffering after surgery, more Doctors on duty would be great. Miles from DC I think you can find the help."

"Very rude and horrible Doctor Jenny. I was late for 10 mins and she didn’t want to see me .and she can be late many time more than 30 minutes. And it was an emergency appointment I took due to my hand pain. Never see such doctors who themselves don’t maintain time, and expect patients to be on time."

"Extremely rude reception staff when trying to establish care and get some pre-op tests done for surgery. I called this place hoping to a) establish care and, b) get my pre-op tests completed for my upcoming surgery. The receptionist who answered the call, was short with me, rude, and told me that they would not do lab work for another doctor, especially if their doctors weren't the ones doing surgery, and that I needed to take my business elsewhere. She completely ignored the part where I stated I "intended to establish care". I ended up calling another Inova facility in Brambleton and got a much more professional and better response. If the receptionist at Stone Springs hates her job and pay that much, she should just quit and go work elsewhere because her poor attitude is costing that office tons of money."
