"When I was experiencing extremely uncomfortable back pain of uncertain origin, my primary care physician recommended PT at Groschan & Associates. After just a couple of sessions with Jim, the back pain subsided and eventually went away. Jim was able to quickly diagnose what was causing the pain and then worked with me to improve my movements and awareness of what I needed to do to keep that back pain away. So far, so good! "Four years ago I had a full knee replacement of my left knee. Though I went through PT and was released I was never comfortable with the range of motion achieved. Two years after the replacement I returned to my surgeon and asked if PT could help with the stiffness I felt and limited range of motion. He told me NO.
