"It’s a good place, very clean, all test were easy. The doctor was so amazing and professional the same like the X-ray technician. I’m not happy with the front desk lady sounds rude, but the nurse inside was worst, letting me wait 20 minutes taking by phone. They two are not professional, I feel like I was getting inside prisión instead of doing this for a director position job."

"Don’t waste your time, they don’t want to help people. I spent over 30 minutes waiting on the phone to set up an appointment and the first time someone actually picked up she said I had to call another random number that isn’t even on their website.. I don’t understand how they can level themselves an urgent care when they can’t ‘urgently’ answer the phone"

"There is a laby at the front desk closest to the water. Very rude regardless of what her coworkers say. Other front desk young lady was very polite. Doctor super friendly and welling to work with you."

"I went in for an employment physical and TB test and waited for hours! I wasn't told until I was back in the exam room that a lab tech was not in, so I'd have to return at a later date the have one done. I was even askes to complete the TB questionnaire. The waiting area is ridiculously small for the amount of people that were at the office. I tried to call this practice several days prior and the day of, and those calls were never answered. When I mentioned this to the nurse, I was told, "normally it's only myself and the office manager. She answers calls when she can." I was also told that there was only 1 doctor and 1 nurse at this location, the volume of people coming in is impossible for 1 doctor to handle on their own without the same massive delays I experienced. I ended up asking to just pay for a TB test out of pocket so I wouldn't have to travel another hour to waste a day trying to have things completed. Had I have known up front that I couldn't get everything completed on the same day up front, I would have been able to go to the other location and wait 4 more hours. I wouldn't recommend this provider to anyone... there isn't anything urgent or great about this place, don't use unless you absolutely have to. Sucks that I even had to utilize 1 star for this review."

"I paid a visit to Concentra Urgent Care in Sterling, VA. It's a facility that provides care for walk-in patients and non-emergency care as well. The facility was crowded this morning due the usual drug-test and follow-up related visits. However, my only complaint is their water dispenser was not operational although the frontdesk upon request week provide you with water. I waited for what seemed hours, but it wasn't, it was my mind requiring an activity for an over active brain. But the staff is cheerful, friendly and helpful. It's probably that the waiting area is small in size and the fact that you're in a medical facility that makes people a little anxious, but overtake the facility is clean, accessible to the public and well staffed."
