"I had an appointment scheduled that I waited three months for. Less than one week before my appointment they called me and left a message that they had to cancel/reschedule my appointment because the doctor would not be working that day. Today, they called me again and stated they needed to cancel/reschedule my appointment because their scanner was down. Which is it? Is the doctor out or is the scanner down? When I asked what the rescheduled date would be they told me another two months. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. The staff was not friendly nor understanding, rather rude. No manager to speak with... Avoid Wellspan at all costs, and use a different health network because everything with Wellspan is an issue. Here I am typing this review, no appointment has been set as I am STILL waiting for a manager to call me back. We will see if one does. This review WILL NOT be edited nor amount of stars changed because this is/was my experience. If you are going to reschedule appointments, you need to be more accomadating and practical, pushing your patients back several more months is unacceptable. Here is an idea, add one patient at the end of each day or have the doctor stay an extra few minutes. I understand things happed, however, giving me two completely different stories and when I question you about it you cannot give me a straight answer is insane."

"Absolutely the worst. Only go to WellSpan if you WANT to go months on end with no treatment, WellSpan canceling multiple appointments, and schedulers ignoring the simplest of requests that you want "first available." The background - I scheduled a New Patient appointment, and even confirmed through their automated system that I'd be there...then took several hours off of work to make sure this worked out -- when arriving at the office it turned out the doctor was not in that day. 2 hours leave down the drain. The scheduler immediately offered to reschedule - I said yes, but just give me the first available. It doesn't have to be with that doctor (Dr Felcone), I said. I just want first available. Rather than finding another doctor, she scheduled me over ONE MONTH later with the same doctor (ignoring my request for first available. Incredibly disrespectful to ignore the patient request and as a result the practice cancelled 2 appointments. Why you ask? Well before the 2nd appointment could be had, Dr. Felcone left the practice. Let's be clear, I don't blame the doctor here. I blame the WellSpan's horrible scheduling and patient coordination practices Now I'm looking to schedule a THIRD appointment and it looks like they have nothing available for me until 3 months out. So, I'll go ahead and schedule it, but keep looking for something else and if I find it will plan to cancel on them for once. Right now I'm losing to them in the cancellation game, 0-2."
"Had my initial consult with Hillary the other day. I think she was a CRNP. She was friendly and knowledgeable and explained things very well. Furniture feel rushed at all. Office staff were also nice."
