"Virtual Appointment Oct.3 2023 with Molly Robinson: More harm than good. Threats, false assumptions, and incompetence. I found lifestance after an insurance change. I made an appointment to get a refill of the medication I have been taking for years with success from another provider. I felt okay after the meeting, but 5 hours after my appointment, Molly called my cellphone. She asserted that I was mishandling my prescription and demanded I give her my employer's number, or she would report me to authorities. When I inquired why and all Molly could offer was the "bad feeling" she had been fighting after reviewing her appointment notes. Molly said she promised she wouldn't share my medical history, only the prescription medication I am taking. Let me repeat: Molly Robinson demanded my employer's number to share my medical information due to a bad feeling she had hours after our appointment. She tried to justify it by stating she would only share my prescription history which is still a violation. She did not raise any questions or issues during our appointment and did not reach out to my previous providers despite having information for multiple other medical professionals I have seen for years to inquire further. She admitted to "going back and forth" about what to do and stated calling my employer was a compromise of her creation. I work in childcare, and after refusing to give the personal numbers of the parents I work for, she threatened to call CPS. We spoke for 12 minutes over the phone and I relented after threats, intimidation, and degrading infantilization. If I had not pushed back before relenting or had stood firm in my original no, I would be under CPS investigation and out of a job. After another couple of hours, I received multiple phone calls from Molly. After three unanswered calls and a vague voicemail, she finally sent me a message over the patient portal. She told me she shared my information with several others who had essentially talked her out of calling my employer or CPS. She admitted to THEN reviewing the law. I am not violating any law, codes, or rules; her bad feeling was misguided and uninformed. There was no apology or acknowledgment for her threatening call, simply a message that again contained false assumptions. Because Molly failed to ask any meaningful questions about her assumptions during or after the appointment, she seemed to stewed in the anxiety of her false narrative for hours. She worked herself up to the point that she had convinced herself that the children I care for are in danger. Instead of reaching out to another professional for a second opinion or advice, Molly harassed me over the phone, asserting her power over me while also admitting to the lack of confidence and information she had in her own decision. The bottom line is that I went into a psychiatry appointment completely honest about my struggles. I should have been listened to or helped. Instead, I was bullied by a doctor I had put my trust in. Without care for my health or safety, my appointment was weaponized against me by the person I sought care from. Molly seems to be more interested in her own opinions, has no respect for patients as individuals, and practices without understanding the consequences of her actions. The cherry on top is that Molly's message contained a plan for a follow-up appointment so that she could ask me the questions that should have been asked during intake. I would be paying for an appointment to address the anxieties of my psychiatrist, who had threatened my livelihood hours before. This intake appointment was a big mistake that could have cost me my job, thrown me into a lengthy CPS case, and has undeniably shattered my trust. I truly do not know how I will be able to be open and honest with another medical professional again. ADDED Oct. 18 2023: 3 calls, 2 emails, and a formal complaint - all outreach ignored. Nov 2023: contacted to schedule appt with a different Dr. but no response otherwise Dec 2023: no update about complaint, no response despite follow up"
"How many times do i have to reach out to have you resolve an issue, be promised it will be fixed, and then nothing is done? This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with, you ruined my credit score WHEN I PAID MY BILL and refused to fix it. Now you continually refuse to speak with me, and once again you will respond to this review. You will say ‘please reach out and we will fix it’ - i will reach out, you will do nothing, and continue to screw me over. I went to you for a few MONTHS over TWO YEARS AGO. I am reaching the point I am willing to go to court over this. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Ever."
"Scott ambrass is a really nice guy. Even though he couldn't help me much and have to refer me to other specialist but he helped guiding me to the right direction"
