"The day of my First Steroid Shot… I know I was so excited to get my First Shot! I so Needed this to happen! I had been very ill since Sept 12th 2023 and without this shot I would have been with headache and vomiting! I really couldn’t seem to kick it! Whatever was happening was from My Cervical Neck Problems! Thank God Everything went Well with getting the steroid shot! I’m ready again if I must!"

"I would not recommend National Spine and Pain. First, whenever you call it’s into a call center. I could never reach the local office I went to. I had to make a lot of calls back and forth to get questions answered. Also, It is difficult to get timely pain injections scheduled. Dr Wong was great and that is the only reason I continued to go there. He is now gone. Lastly, I had great difficulty with the PA or NP (I cannot remember which she was) I had to see between injections appts. Alyssa is very condescending and not understanding of pain at all when I talked to her. She made me feel like I was a bother and would go back at me with negativity when I tried to explain things with my health. Very frustrating to deal with if you are a patient with chronic pain like me."

"This Doctors office is the worst place I've ever been to. The people are rude, and had to call six times to never get anyone to call me back, you always have to talk to the call center first who never gets any one to call back from the office it self. Do NOT ever see Doctor Navaglund, he doesn't care about you, all he cares about is getting payed... Good luck with this office if you go."

"My monthly provider was out for several months due to a medical condition so I met with two others, in her absence. Although I had something going on which required Dr Wong’s attention, the two individuals felt it would be best for me to wait until my provider, Ms Bryn Burnett, to return and discuss with her. That was very frustrating as it delayed me from getting much needed feedback from Dr Wong. That’s the only “con” I have found with this Center. Dr Wong is a very knowledgeable doctor who takes time to get to know his patients! He cares for (and about) you and has great bedside manner! There are a lot of “pros” about this location and I would recommend giving them a chance! The front staff are friendly and very good at their jobs. You don’t see a lot of staff turnover and I can only imagine it is because it is a decent place to be a part of…as an employee or patient! Thanks for all you do Bryn, Dr Wong, and the many behind the scenes employees!"
