"DSW is my “Go-To” store for all of my shoes, and I normally love shopping there. Just not today. First of all, the stock on all of the shoes was pathetically low, and the selection was minimal. I realize we’re at the end of the winter season and new stock will be arriving soon. I went in with one pair of boots in mind hoping to find them or maybe something similar. I checked to see if they were in stock online and it said they were. (No guarantee, I get it) I actually found the boot I was looking for. Notice I said “boot”. Yup, that’s right…..one boot. It was aimlessly floating around the store, out of the box, and hanging out with high heels. It sure didn’t belong there. I walked up and down every isle, and I noticed that the place was disorganized and very messy. It was bad enough they were low on stock, but the condition of the store made it even worse. I approached the young girl at the counter who truly couldn’t care less, and I asked her if she could tell me if they had these boots in stock and where they would be. She points me in the direction of Isle #2, and I headed there but to no avail. So it turned out they only had one boot for the left foot (in my hand) and no boot for the right foot. Silly me, how dare I expect to find the other boot. The place is a mess! FYI: Headed to the Moorestown Mall and found the EXACT pair of boots I was looking for at the Shoe Dept store. I even got the boot for the right foot!"
"Placed an order November 23 about a month ago never shipped an kept changing arrived date an when called customer service they didn’t try an help they just tried to cancel my order instead of fixing the issue you guys caused atleast the supervisor sent me out another pair that I didn’t want since the ones I originally purchased a month ago sold out so thanks for that DSW I will be returning my item an never shopping threw you guys again. Awful experience not worth it an their awful high price deals."
"I take a wide fitting shoe so not many are available for my size.. There was only one poor guy on the counter and it took a while to get served. Maybe because it was a Monday afternoon?? Anyway staff were nice and I actually got a show one size up that fit me so yay."
"*Beware of store manager, Regina * I arrived at the store to make an even exchange (sizing issue) for the pair of shoes I’d ordered in Marlton 5 days prior. The associate told me it would be processed as a return and repurchase and I would not be able to get them for the same price. I told her I did not want to return them if I was not getting the same shoes for the same price. She eventually decided I could have them for the same price but she’d need to get the manager. Enter Regina, store manager. The associate explained what I wanted to do and at no point would Regina let me speak and explain that the associate at the Marlton store told me I’d be able to exchange them. She asked what coupon I’d used and said that the only coupon she had was expired and I could not have them for the same price. I became upset and raised my voice, letting her know that it was unfair that she never allowed me to talk and was rude to speak over me. She addressed the people in line and shamed me, telling them she was trying to help me, but I was yelling at her. I told her the store sucks and she then called out to the entire line, asking who had children and shamed me for cursing in front of children. They then returned the shoes without my permission. I called Marlton and explained what happened. They told me to come on in and they would fix it. They said it should have been done as an even exchange. I called headquarters and filed a complaint against Regina. Marlton DSW has the best customer service and I always leave with a positive experience."
"Regrettably, my experience with Staff member Regina at DSW was far from the exceptional customer service I've enjoyed for the past 15 years as a loyal customer. On this visit, I had come to return two pairs of boots due to sizing issues and proceeded to order a $400 replacement in a different size. Initially, I had planned to try on a few more pairs and make additional purchases in-store. However, my experience took a discouraging turn when Regina's handling of the return process was less than pleasant. In fact, she raised her voice at me when I attempted to dispose of an empty box in the store's trash can, stating that I couldn't use it. This left me with no desire to linger in the store any longer or spend further money at this location. People like Regina should not work at high pace environment especially dealing with customers if she can’t handle a return process without yelling at a client spending a decent amount in the store."
