"I’ve read reviews on here about horrible customer service. My experience there was the absolute opposite. I’m new to golf, just started last year and scheduled an iron fitting to get a set that was more comfortable to me and would help me perform better. A gentleman named John did my fitting and he was awesome. He didn’t judge me, in fact it was almost like a I had lesson for my entire fitting. He gave me a lot of advice and pointers along the way. I walked out of there with a better swing and a set of clubs that I not only felt comfortable with, but stayed in price range. Thank you guys for my experience there this morning!"

"Unless you look like you fit the part. You won't get any customer service. I came in to spend around 3k for a full set and clothe with shoes for a tournament i was in. No one ever came to me and asked me if I needed help. Everyone stood behind the counter talking or on their phone. I guess because I had some bright yellow Fila sneakers and rip jeans and a t shirt. I literally stood next to the simulator, waiting to test out some clubs. But as soon as some one who looked like they played golf. Of course, they came over to help them."

"If you are a left handed golfer and are looking for clubs, let me save you some time, they have the most pathetic left handed club selection I’ve ever seen. I understand left handed golfers only make up roughly 15-20 percent of golfers, but that’s no excuse to not have any left handed clubs. Get it together Golf Galaxy."

"The iron fitting was worthless. I only tried 1 iron, he never tried different shafts or club heads to see if there was any difference. I was told I don't play enough to determine any customization to the clubs which was the whole reason I booked the iron fitting. Enjoy my $100 because I will never spend another dollar at Golf Galaxy."
