"I tried calling, no body answered, and when someone finally answered they told me the wrong thing. Had to call again, and the lady was so rude, she put me on hold before I even had the chance to say something, and she never spoke with me again. Awful customer service!!!"

"We were told this office could definitely handle this and they couldn’t. Drove 40 min and now another 45 to the City office. The people in the vital records office were generally nice. My bad experience was partially due to a new system and a miscommunication from the Baltimore office also. That said, I couldn’t get a corrected death certificate because this office didn’t know how to do exchanges. They wanted to recharge me to print the corrected certificates after an error by the county/state. Kim was difficult and honestly a little rude, but the others were kind and empathetic."
