"I use to come here back in 2017. I called bc I have new insurance and was looking to become a patient here again… the front desk was horrible. Gave me attitude and then when I told her what insurance I have she said they don’t take Medicaid for people over 18… I told her my insurance is from my job not Medicaid. She then proceeded to put me on hold and never came back on the line. How do you guys have people like that at the front desk? No customer service skills and then to not even try and get business with a new patient is wild. Why even run a clinic if you don’t want new patients?? Horrible. I will NEVER use you all ever again."

"I typically see Rachel Colquitt and feel she does a good job which is why I am giving 2 stars and not 1. I have also never had a negative experience with the office staff. However, recently I’ve needed to be seen for sick visits and each time is worse than the time before! Today I waited (outside as asked - it was a nice but chilly day) for 30 minutes before being taken to a room. I then waited another 15-20 minutes for a provider. The nurse who took me to my room seemed impatient, and neglected to take all of my vitals (did pulse ox and temp but not bp). The provider came in and did not identify herself, was not wearing a lab coat or name tag or anything. I even said “I’ve never met you before” hoping she might introduce herself but she did not. She was dismissive towards my complaints, spoke in a way I found condescending, and had to be pushed to provide antibiotics (because “we usually wait until you have been sick for at least seven days”.) I understand not wanting to over prescribe antibiotics and I understand that many people self diagnose using Google, but I also believe I have what has become a chronic issue that I cannot get proper treatment for and that I know my body. Waiting until I had been sick for 7 days last time meant 2 sick visits, a trip to Urgent Care (where I received superior care and treatment), and a trip to the ER. I didn’t want to wait this time. I can’t just wait until I get sicker to go in and why would I want to? The visit ended with the provider leaving the room and I wasn’t sure if the nurse was coming back to give me a paper or if I was supposed to leave. But, the door was left open so after a minute I went out to the front desk. There were many other things wrong with this visit and I will be contacting the practice manager in writing."

"Every time they send in a prescription I have to call them back multiple times because they screwed up sending something to the pharmacy. I am now in withdrawal because they failed to respond to a pharmacy followup and I'm out of medication"

"I’ve been a patient at Leesburg Sterling Family Practice in the Broadlands (Southern Walk Plaza) for over 10 years. It’s convenient to where I live and love my doctor (Dr. Acevedo). She has a great bedside manner and spends time with you. They have an in-office room for bloodwork. I wasn’t able to get photos of the patient rooms today, but adding other photos. I’ve never found it to be crowded in the waiting room. Today, I was the only one there at 8:45am. Highly recommend this practice. Photos from outside to show wheel chair access/ramps. You can access the sidewalk on the right side of the entrance or it’s accessible from the left side of the entrance."
