"Giving this a one star even though it should be a negative zero. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the radiologist who diagnosed my mom tried to get in contact with her doctor here at brambleton. No one got back to my mother to let her know she had breast cancer here. My mom had to seek out answers and the radiologist said “no one called me back to talk about your results in fact I couldn’t even track them down.” SERIOUSLY. My mom would have never known if she had relied on Dr. Wilder’s office. Gross. Then my mom was so upset she asked Dr. Wilder why she didn’t plan on returning her and the radiologists calls but then she was promptly asked to not come back as a patient. she was diagnosed with BREAST CANCER. I mean seriously? Not a care in the world from them. These reviews really do tell how crooked ya’ll are. Patients, please go somewhere else that care for you, and that go above and beyond to really care for your health. You’re not just a money bag, you matter and there are so many doctors who will be that for you."
"I got fed up with this Family practice who all they care about is the making profit and don't care one bit about the patient . and that is why I'm firing them as my primary care. I been going to them for over four years and for the longest time they been wanting me to come every three months just to get refills. It's extremely frustrating having to go see the Doctor for less than five minutes so they could turn around and bill the insurance company over four hundred dollars each time. I would never go back."
"Worst family practice. For past many years I have been asking to see a doc, they always have me and my family see a nurse practitioner. I again asked today and they said since I have not seen a doc they consider me a new patient. I am ok with Nurse practitioner sometimes but I do not pay thousands of dollars to see a Nurse. I have decided to not to go here again. I think they may not have enough doctors available anymore but they should fix that problem if not stop this branch."

"Well, here we are a month later and still no resolution. I have tried several times to work with the medical practice thorough there INOVA Visit Pay site. For a quick recap - I called to have a bursa on my elbow drained. I called BFP and they confirmed on the phone that this is a procedure they provide. When I went in for my appointment the doctor took one look at it and said, "we don't do that here". They handed me two pieces of paper that were a google search for orthopedic surgeons. A search I could have simply done on my phone. When leaving I asked the receptionist to speak to the practice manager - she wasn't available. I missed a call from her a few days later. I finally called her about a week and a half after my appointment. Again - the short version - Jean Lewis was rude! That pretty much sums it up. She insisted that the didn't do anything wrong and that they always tell you to come in because they can't diagnose anything over the phone. HOWEVER - if they don't drain bursas in the first place - why did they have me come in. They charged me $130 for the office visit - Insurance wouldn't pick up any of it. I have been fighting with them ever since. Today I spoke to INOVA's billing team, and they just didn't have any input. They simply said the notes said the Dr. looked at it and referred me to someone else, so the $130 stands. So, since I am just one person - I will write 130 negative reviews for BFP - and do everything reasonably possible to ensure that the next person looking for a Dr. simply walks away from BFP. All this because Jean Lewis is so set that BFP can't be wrong that they wouldn't forgo the office visit fee. Well Jean Lewis - the next 130 reviews are all about you. Job well done. You win. You stood your ground and will ultimately get your $130 - but at what cost. Enjoy your next employee review!"
