"It was my first time when I went to Road Runner. I was completely amazed by the way they process things just to get you the most comfortable shoes whether it is for running, work, or casual use. It was such a wonderful experience to go through especially the 3D foot scanner/analysis. All for that to have a footwear that fits exactly for you. Highly recommended store to visit! There was this guy named Patrick. He was such a fun dude, knowledgeable, and professional. With his positivity and accommodating approach, He made me these very comfortable soles and provided me some cool shoes to pick from for me to wear. I really appreciate his help."

"The representative ‘Trenyce / Tiffany’ as stated on the receipt gave me previously used / display shoes which were dirty as pictured. Sorry but I don’t wear used shoes! This is going to donation never to return to this store again!! Have bought about 8-10 pairs of sneakers from them over last 10 months. They offer 90 days warranty and this last pair I purchased hardly lasted 50-60 days. Upon contacting online they shipped me new ones but when I went in store to return the old ones Trenyce was not keen on refunding the older purchase. I asked her to sell me new pair in different color since I have already purchased white from online order she said can’t change colors. She said she wants to refund on gift card I gladly accepted when I was suppose to get money back on card because I had already spent on replacement online .. but then she ended up bringing in old display or used shoes and sold me. I didn’t inspect upon making this exchange. She even marked the receipt no exchange to insult further Stay away from this store and if not the store at least from this lady Trenyce/Tiffany (senior lady) she is disaster waiting to happen!"
